Click and Collect opening hours extended

Thank you to everyone who has used our new click and collect system over the last few weeks, helping us all to keep safe during these unprecedented times. We’re delighted to announce that due to demand, we are now extending our opening times.
Our new opening times will be Monday to Saturday, 11.30am to 8pm. So now you have even more opportunities to get a portion of your favourite fish and chips.
We will only be able to accept orders that have been placed using our click and collect system, which you can access from our website or Facebook page. To ensure we can adhere to strict social distancing rules we have limited the number of slots available per hour, but the system allows you to pre order a few days in advance so you have plenty of time to pick your preferred slot. If you are trying to place an order for a specific time and it is unavailable, please choose another time or day.
Unfortunately, due to us having to limit the amount of staff on site, we will be unable to accept any telephone orders.
To place your order simply follow these three easy steps:
- Click on the ‘Order and Collect’ button at the top of every page on our website or ‘shop now’ on our Facebook page to be directed to our online order system.
- Select your preferred time slot and place and pay for your order online (minimum spend £8).
- Arrive at the shop at the correct time to collect your order (please arrive on time to ensure we can maintain social distancing)
This is a new system for us and whilst we are very confident that we have ironed out any potential problems your patience and understanding is appreciated whilst we find our feet and settle in to this new way of providing our service to our customers.
We kindly request that all of our customers pay particular attention to step 3 above to ensure we can operate as safely as possible. Our priority will always be yours and our staff’s safety. If we feel that this is compromised then we will close down our operation, your co-operation is greatly appreciated in helping us achieve this.
Please note: We cannot accept OR AMEND orders once they have been placed, and the order will be ready for you to collect at the time you selected. We cannot offer refunds for any order which you fail to collect. If you need to add something to your order, please let a member of staff know when you arrive to collect and the item can be paid for using contactless card payment (we are not accepting cash).
We will not be answering the phone, checking emails or replying to Facebook messages during our opening hours.
