Do you take telephone orders?

We no longer take orders over the phone. For the most convenient way to place an order, download our Click & Collect app from the Google or Apple store. If you wish to place a very for larger order for your special event (birthdays, christenings, meetings, etc), please email info@hillycroftfisheries.co.uk to enquire about this service.

Do you offer gluten free items?

We currently do not offer a gluten free menu. We do not have the facility of a separate pan to cook gluten free products in and feel that it would not be appropriate to cook these products in the same oil as gluten products.

What frying medium do you use to cook your food in?

We pride ourselves in producing traditional Yorkshire fish and chips. As such, all of our food is cooked in the finest quality beef dripping.

Do you deliver?

We offer a delivery service through our partner Uber Eats which is available during our regular opening times. To place an order please download the Uber Eats app. Please note that we do not use our own delivery drivers, for any issues with your Uber Eats order you should contact Uber directly.

Do you have a loyalty scheme

We send out regular offers and promotions throughout the year to all customers who have signed up to receive them via our Click & Collect app. To make sure you receive these fantastic offers, please check you have opted in to receive them by ticking the box in your app account settings.
