Food hygiene training passed with flying colours

All of the team at Hillycroft Fisheries has recently undergone level 2 food hygiene training, and we are pleased to report that everyone has passed with flying colours!

Owner of the business Rafael said, “Food safety is always of the utmost importance to us. Although all of our team are trained in-house through our own management practices, receiving an extra external qualification such as this, helps us to both promote our high standards of food safety and rewards our excellent team.”
